CEO and Founder

Janneh is primarily responsible for the financial management of PRIMUS. He is an award-winning, entrepreneur, and recognized advocate for better business practices within Caribbean and Black communities in the U.S. He has over fifteen years of experience leading the finance and administrative departments of nonprofit organizations with missions related to social services, education, the arts, and think tanks. He has a degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Buffalo and a dual MBA specialization in Finance and Innovative Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University

Director of Strategy, Marketing, and Operations

Adeola is primarily responsible for ensuring that the needs of all PRIMUS clients are met. In addition to managing company operations, she supports the marketing efforts of PRIMUS and its clients. She is an experienced Marketing Executive with demonstrated expertise in innovative and creative marketing and more than fifteen years of experience impacting organizational presence, profitability, and performance. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA specializing in Brand and Product Management from The University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Business Development Manager

Josiah ensures PRIMUS and its clients stay on the cusp of technology to increase efficiency and accuracy. He also leads the PRIMUS expansion into the Buffalo, NY area and manages the social media platforms for PRIMUS and its clients. His strong acumen for communication and partnership enables him to understand client needs and customize solutions for their success. He has degrees in Psychology, Education, English Language Arts and Environmental Sciences.

Director of Human Resources

Farrah is primarily responsible for ensuring the laws and regulations surrounding employment are met and synergistically work with the culture and expectations of each client. She is a knowledgeable Human Resources professional with over 18 years of progressively responsible experience in HR; working for both the private and non-profit sector. Skilled in full cycle recruiting, benefit administration, employee relations and support. She has a degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and an MPA in Human Resources Management.
